You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — is accurate, truthful and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

ye999 operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of payment method at any stage. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any eligible real-money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements and these Terms.

Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse are subject to forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may be permanently suspended.
ye999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a promotion is cancelled after a User has already satisfied its terms, any bonus funds and winnings accrued up to the point of cancellation will be honoured at ye999's discretion.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
ye999 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ye999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ye999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform may reference third-party payment services or contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. ye999 has no control over third-party content and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services or websites.
ye999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if, in our reasonable judgement, you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we are required to do so by a regulatory or legal obligation.
Upon termination for cause, ye999 may withhold any Balance in your Account pending investigation. Where termination occurs at our discretion and no breach is established following investigation, any eligible real-money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending wagers will be settled according to their respective terms prior to closure being finalised.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ye999 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by the applicable regulatory authority.
For disputes related to the Services, you are encouraged to first contact ye999's customer support team in writing at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may have implications for the enforceability of gambling debts and related matters under Pakistani law.
